From their Kettering factory in Northamptonshire, they have established themselves as one of the premier modern English shoemakers, recognised internationally for the quality of their bench-made Goodyear welted shoes.
Hand-cut from premium calf or suede, Goodyear welted by hand, and bench-made by a single craftsman per pair. The leather is some of the finest available — sourced from European tanneries that supply the world's best shoemakers. Every detail, from the bevelled waist to the antiqued finish, reflects the founders' bespoke training.
Gaziano & Girling shoes are made to be worn for decades. The Goodyear welt allows the sole to be replaced multiple times; the upper develops a deep patina with proper care and use; and the shape is built to last.
The Vintage Cherry calf is a rich, dark red-brown — a distinctive Gaziano colour that pairs especially well with navy, grey, and darker trouser colours.
