The Monty Mid Lenght Coat is named after the classic style worn by the famous British ww2 military leader Field Marshall Bernard Montgomery of Alamein, who was instrumental in ensuring the success of D-Day in Normandy, France and the ultimate victory of the allied forces in Europe.
The modern Gloverall version has been adapted to make it more functional for everyday use by shortening the length and incorporating cotton herringbone webbing for interior detailing.This Duffle coat has large pockets, a fixed throat tab and is made with Italian cloth.
